Information on book titles for SBD recipes.

I hate to ask so many questions. I hope I don't annoy anyone. I am really commited to doing this the right way. I checked out the recipe FAQ and copies some ymmuy recipes (thanks, ladies)! They sound wonderful! I've also heard quite a few of you mention some SBD recipe books. If you could share the title, so I could purchase some that would be great!

SB Diet Cookbook, SB quick and easy cb, SB taste of summer cb, SB diet parties and holiday cb. Check your library for a free preview before you decide to buy.

Thank you. Do all of these books have different recipes, or are some of them just updated? I don't want to buy two of the same thing, KWIM?

That's why I suggested that you check your library first. Some of the recipes are too labor intensive for the end result. I don't recall many overlaps, but there are a lot of good ideas to use. Frankly, I would try to get a look before buying. Also, a cookbook for any lc plan will give you good recipes, just use SB friendly ingredients.

Thanks. I would love to go to the library, but I have a newborn and a 16 month old, which limit my mobility for the time being.

I see. Do you have the book? It has a number of good recipes, along with food lists and menu plans. If you don't have it, that would be the first book I would buy.
