My WI on Monday was good. I stayed the same over the holiday weekend. On the scale this morning I was down one pound.

Sounds like we all did good. Keep up the great work!!!!

Hi all,

I now have been posting on the 2 sites. I miss our old one.

I haven't seen a post from Veronica, Tat2, or Born2Bead in a while.

It's too bad the other people can't find us. I sent Lauren an e-mail but she hasn't responded in the past week.

Maybe some people have lost interest?

I think it's inevitable with a weight-loss message board that you lose some people but having that one crash really didn't help! They're either lost in the move or not worrying about SBD right now.... they'll all come pouring back in January hopefully!

New Year's Resolutions, ya know!
