low fat/ low carb snacks

Well I have finally platued (sp), I eat healthy carb and have done very well, now I need to cut down on the fat to get to my 8 lb goal. Any place that would list low fat or fat free with no sugar? Anyone else have any ideas or faves they enjoy? Thanks for the ideas in advance!
