I'm back
Hi Beachies !! How is everyone ?? Good I hope.
I re-introduction.....I'm Reg, 42, married Mom of 2 (almost 9 DS and 5½ DD) I did Atkins many years ago and lost 60 lbs. After realizing that the plan wasnt good for me, I stopped and thought I could eat better with no plan.....gained back some weight.I found this board some time ago, and lost back half of what I have gained. ![]() The bad news......I'm fat again . My eating is totally out of control and I gotta do something QUICK !!I have a hard time sticking to phase one for what ever reason (emotional eater, no doubt, and my will power sucks) I'd like to rejoin the group if you'd have me. Please share with me some of your secrets. I need so much help ![]() Reg ![]()

Reg, WELCOME BACK. We were wondering about you just a couple of days ago. Why not do phase 1 for a few days, then move to phase 2 for the weekend. That might give you more freedom on the weekends.
We have a really great group going again and we'll be behind you all the way. |
