I've decided to give this WOE a try. I've been doing Atkins (unsuccessfully) since August. I think I've spent more days cheating then not.

I just finally realized that I NEED to have carbs (good ones).

Anyway, just thought I'd say hi!

There are quite a few of us who have tried Atkins first and then moved on to South Beach. It's much healthier and much easier to maintain. Check out the weekly thread and introduce yourself. Everyone is super friendly and helpful.
