Any other vegetarians on the beach?

Hi, I'm new here and was just wondering if there are any other vegetarians here on South Beach (or am I the lone weirdo?

)

I did pretty well with South Beach in the past, but gained back because I didn't follow through with Phase 3. So I'm back at it again (and also reading The Beck Diet Solution at the same time), and have been doing pretty well so far

Granted, I'm only a week back on lol, but coming this far without any mess-ups is a huge achievement for me

Oh, am I glad I found you guys! I'm just starting out as a low-carb vegetarian (this is my first week). I used to do Atkins (with good success), but decided to go vegetarian for ethical reasons, and I need all the advice I can get.

Ooooh, Ooooooh! (A la arnold horshack, haha) I've been a vegetarian since Monday

- I announced that I'd do it for the week...but I kinda really like this...and am getting skeeved by meat (mostly because I live in NJ, land of frankenmeat and E.Coli). But also trying not to be a "soda and french fries" vegetarian, either - Howdy!

I was a vegetarian from 1986-1997- And did quite well on it. After trying and trying to "enjoy" meat.......I just don't. I am going to give vegetarianism a try again. But with the possible addition of fish....and a mind for trying to eat lower carb also.
