Cream Cheese question

I all Im new at SBD and am wondering can I have cream cheese? Low Fat or Fat Free?

I looked at the list and it said dairy free? what does that mean. TIA.

cream cheese would fall under the cheese category for SB and as long as it is low fat or fat free you can have it!
