Hi everyone..............I'm feeling so down right now

I went out for dinner with my dad tonight and I had a cheat

I feel so bad about myself! My TOM is 10 days away and I couldnt stay strong! Anyone else do this kinda thing?

Forget it and for the rest of the evening and tomorrow - eat clean and drink plenty of water.... and make a promise to yourself that was the last cheat for a while. You don't want to sabatoge your efforts so far.

How are you doing today? I hope you are feelin better. I'm doing much better today since I spent yesterday evening cooking up a storm. I'm all set to be successful. My weekend away just really threw me off schedule and I didn't get to prepare for the week properly, and then there has been a lot of drama at home with my oldest teen. BUT, there's always something....

Hey, I noticed that you have a challenge listed with your signature. What is it? Could I maybe join you?

Hey Cookie...........I'm ok....My dearest Uncle passed away today, So I'm kinda numb......But yea join us on the challenge. It was started by another LC'R named bugs, to set a goal and lose it by Nov 10th.
