low carb bread

Hi

Just wanted to get some opinions on eating low carb bread. The bread I'm eating is called carb Kruncher and has 2.25 carbs a slice.Are There any pitfalls eating this bread as long as I'm keeping my carb count low. Moreover, there is no white flour in this bread.

Brian, I'm not familiar with that bread. Could you post the ingredient list?
