Starting over!!

Hi guys! It's been a while since i've been here. Needless to say i've gained back a few pounds and am starting over on phase1!! It's getting very close to the Florida vacation.

I am looking forward to taking to you guys again!

Hello, my name is Gloria and i am new to this forum but not new to losing weight. I started S.B. about 4 years ago then i was involved in a car accident and things just went down hill from there. Now i am ready to start again. After gaining 40 pounds since 2003 i know now that good health and feeling great requires a lot a work and support. So i hope you will allow me to join your SB forum.

Hello Shantel, I'm glad that I'm not the only newbe here. How do you like the S.B.D. so far. This is my second time around and i do think its harder getting started the second time rather than the first.

I do feel soooo much better now since i started eating right and exercising. Where i live, there's a little produce stand on the corner about five blocks from my house and i try to rid my bike (Old Blue) up there everyday and buy fresh vegetables for my lunch. Green beans are one todays menu. Will have to find a good recipes to cook them tho. I am NOT a good cook but sure do LOVE to eat.
