Which SB Book?
I have the small SB paperback that has the basic concept and the what to eat and what to avoid lists. What is the latest or best full volume book to get? I'm going to the bookstore after work to pick it up.
Thanks, Neesie |

Are you talking about the good fats, good carbs guide? If that's what you have, you need the book titled The South Beach Diet. Look for the blue cover.

Hi Neesie.
When I started, I brought any book that said anything about the South Beach Diet. But I mostly use the Good Fats, Good Carbs guide. The different foods allowed near the back of the book, are soooo helpful. Plus the book has good information and small enough to fit into a pocketbook. Never leave home without it. ![]() |
