Are these vitamins OK?
Hi All,
Just bought a bottle of GNC Women's Ultra Mega 'Active" vitamins and I want to make sure they're okay to have. I haven't opened them yet and if I shouldn't have them I'll take them back since they're $20 a bottle. The box says that they promote energy production - Electrolyte replacement - Bone Health - Antixident support. Beyond the vitamins themselves, they contain: Cellulose, titanium dioxide, vegetable Acetoglycerides, Natural vanilla flavor, riboflavin, carmine color, and sucralose. They also contain fish and soybeans. It states they do not contain: Artificial colors or flavors, preservatives, sodium, wheat, gluten, dairy or yeast. They guy at GNC said they'd be good to use on SB but I'm always a skeptic. Is there anything that I should maybe be looking for that could cause a problem? Thanks in advance! Neesie ![]() |
