Review my day so far, phase one
BF 1 egg, onion, LF cheese, slice turkey (sandwich meat)
S 1 cup skim milk L cauliflower bake (with LF cheese, bacon bits, LF sour cream, LF mayo...very little of each)...then put thru a blender with 1/4 cup beans....OMG, my new fave!! taste like loaded potatoes turkey slice, and 1/2 cup of LF cottage cheese how am I doing so far? Too much? not enough?...not the right foods? Day 9 of phase one down 7 lbs |
