Too much Non Fat Cottage Cheese??
I am on week 2 of Phase one. And I find I am eating alot of non fat cottage cheese. For breakfast, and then again sweetened for dessert at night. It is about 1 1/2 cups....is that ok?
I have started to include nuts in my diet...and since I have noticed a stall...is there a relation to that? I started at 192 first week 185lb ....I also have been eating higher fat meats, such as sausage at dinner....will that stall things? |

All of these things CAN stall you. Bear in mind that a true stall is WEEKS without a loss of weight or inches. I would say it's too early to be thinking stall.
I would think that the cottage is not the problem. Nuts need to be kept at 1 oz. or less per day. Weigh them. Or 1/4 c.( flat, not heaping) is about an ounce. You need to stick to lean meats, turkey sausage and bacon is ok, within reason, but not the fatty stuff. You could post a few days of menus and let us take a look to see if we see anything else. Good luck. Oh, drink your water. ![]()
