hi y'all - can I come play here?
Hi everyone!
I'm new to South Beach as of today. I did Atkins a few years ago but re-gained a lot of the weight when I was deployed to Iraq. I've been trying to do it again but it's just not been working - I think too much fat and I'm just having trouble sticking to it. I want to try South Beach. I ordered the book and susbribed to the website so I know the basics. I'm obviously on phase one right now. I had two scrambled eggs this morning with V-8 juice (LOVE being able to drink this!), some chicken as a snack, and will have tuna patties for lunch. Any other suggestions/tips from the wise ladies here?
