no fat no sugar frozen yogurt
Can you have non fat non sugar frozen yogurt on phase 2? We have a TCBY here that sells that.

I would think so. I'm not a 100% sure, but why not? We're allowed to have sugar free yogurt, right? I would just check the ingredients to see what they put in their yogurt.

Check ingredients carefully and keep SF treats to 75 cals a day and you should be fine. I wouldn't get in the habit of having it every day, though. (Don't ask.)

OOooo I love yogurt. I only have Plain, Fat free Dannon here. It does have sugars..but yogurt sugars..not added. Would that be ok instead of my ricotta treat one night? I add a little baking cocoa, two sweet n lows, and freeze it. Then nuke for 30 seconds and viloa. Yum. Well thats what I was doing before I went back on South Beach. LOL.
Rose do you think its ok to have for dinner dessert instead of the ricotta? |

Hi, Sheila. Yogurt is fine. We often have yogurt at night. Try adding a few chopped nuts, or some berries when you get there. Did you start back with phase one?

Hi Rose, yes I restarted phase 1. And my yogurt is NOT bought in frozen state. I make a concoction of plain, fat free Dannon yogurt, and put it in a cup with baking cocoa, just a dash, and sweet n low. Then I freeze it.
I dont do nuts too well, so I just eat it the way I said. Thanks |
