Is this diet good for diabetics?
I have a hard time keeping my blood sugar readings down and can by eating clean on atkins. What is the difference with South Beach? I do the chicken and fish on atkins but not fried and lots of vegies, but now on induction.

Excellent for diabetics, but you have to eat clean. We have a library patron who was able to drop her meds in three weeks, for example. Lots of Drs. in this area put their patients on SB.

My dear hubbys doctor told him to try South Beach, but my husband is mostly non compliant and eats what he wants when he wants..and is skinny. Makes me sick.
So yes, South Beach is a good diet for diabetics. |
