?Wheaties/Special K?
Good Morning All... i am currently in Phase II and i have been eating Oatmeal for breakfast - is it ok to eat Wheaties (original) or Special K (original) sometimes too? i have tried Kashi & Uncle Sam and liked them both - i just love having a Variety... any info would be Truly Appreciated... Thanks! |

For cereal, you need to look for something with Whole Grains, and no added sugar, or as little as possible. I know General Mills has reformulated all of their cereal products with whole grains, but many of them are still full of sugar.

i have been eating the special k cereal for 2 days
and i am up 1.5 lbs so i am not sure if it was that so i an not going to try it anymore just my opionion |

Also, we don't eat cold cereal at all, because it doesn't stick around long enough. We eat steel cut oats and cracked kamut. The cooked cereal seems to make a better lump in your stomach. And always eat cereal with protein.
