Judge my Meals
Hi Everyone, New to South Beach and just want to make sure I'm doing it correctly. I'm down 1.5lbs my first week-
B- 3 thin slices turkey spam, 1/2 cup LF cottage cheese s-1 3/4 oz peanuts l-chopped grilled chicken mixed with onions, green peppers,1 cup tossed salad (lettuce,mato, cukes) with 2tbs cup of Lite Rance D-4 oz lean pork chop, 1.5 cup saurkraute s- 2tbls lite whip cream ( after almost an hour of debating if I wanted it or not) |

To the Beach. It's hard to say from just one day, but it looks heavy on salty foods, spam, peanuts, kraut. Nuts should be limited to 1 oz. at most. Lunch looks good and turkey spam is definitely a better choice than regular. If you want to, you can post menus on the check-in each day; lots of us do. |

I think the menu looks great (except for the salt like the above poster said) but other than that, it looks like you are off to a great start. Congrats on the weight loss already! Keep up the great work ![]() |
