LC cheesecake for phase one??

Hello everyone!

This is my first day on the SB way of life! I was looking over some of the LC cheesecake recipes such as beachgirl's and was wondering if this was somthing allowed during phase one??

Cheesecake is fine, just use lower fat cream cheese (and watch the portions, the whole thing will be gone before you know it.)
