Question about ratios....
I know this is not a diet of ratios, but I am wondering how yours look. Phase 1 and Phase 2. I do have the book, and the dining out guide, and the good carbs bad carbs books so I do know what I am supposed to eat, just wondering how 'experts' who have done this diet look.
I am currently 118 and did lose weight after my last baby doing low-fat then did a complete about face to Atkins. I have muddled here and there with weight watchers points, then core, and recently bought YOU on a diet. I guess I am looking at a healthy maintanance plan. I have now been 118 for over 3 yrs baring a slip in the summer that took me up 12lbs, and have been down to 107. I like where I am and want a 'healthy' way of eating. I do feel better with egg beaters and veggie omelets rather than eggs and sausage. So I have gravitated to SB syle of eating. I enjoy non-fat plain yo-cheese with davinci. I guess I am just wondering how everyone elses ratios look as mine seem to be around 40 carb/40 protein/ 20 fat, sometimes the fat gets higher...what about you all?? Thanks in advance, Jane ![]()

Hi, Jane and
I don't think of us really look at ratios. We just eat according to plan and everything works out fine. Our whole family eats this way. I hope that you will stick around and post on the check-in. You could be of great benefit to newcomers. |

Where did you find it for $6.99? Is that about the cost that it sells for, or is that an extra good buy? I need to get out and buy myself one. Santa forgot to leave one in my stocking!
