since linda sue isnt doing SB....

what can we do to utilize her wealth of recipes into good p2 meals.

reduce fat (she doesnt tend to use a ton anyway) and add good grains/brown rice/ legumes?

any ideals?

Hi
I LOVE all her recipes, tried alot of them. I just "tweek" the ones I use and try to make it more SBD friendly. Most of her stuff is OK as is.

WOE: Vegetarian version of SB

If we use one of her recipes, we use SB friendly ingredients, such as LF dairy, etc. It turns out fine.
