What would you choose at McDonald's

Does anyone have an opinion about Mc Donald's? I was stuck going to Mc D's today (the only place to eat in the middle of nowhere.) I only had 2 dollars. I had to choose between a double cheeseburger (no bun) or a yogurt parfait. The cheeseburger is higher fat. lower carbs, but the parfait is lower fat, but tons of sugar........

I choose the double cheese burger (ate 2) they are small. I didn't eat the fries hubby supersized and poured in front of me!!!

The salads are SB friendly if you get a low fat dressing, but I didn't have almost $5 on me.

Definitely the cheeseburgers. This is why we NEVER leave home without food and water. It has saved us many times. It's amazing how much a simple salad costs these days, isn't it? You made a good choice under the circumstances.

I would have also chosen the cheeseburgers. I would in most cases choose the fat over the sugar if I have to because of the effect it has on my body. That is a tough one! I hate how the salads are always the most expensive choice!!

That's right...I NEVER leave my house without some snacks if I get hungry. It has saved my butt!

Saved it from getting larger, that is. Keeping some "emergency supplies" on hand sounds like a great idea.
