Made a soup today....
Chicken Enchilada Soup
2 cans Old El Paso Mild Green Chile Sauce 1 small can of chicken Shred the chicken and dump in with the 2 cans of sauce. Heat and top w/ a little shredded cheese if desired. Makes five 1/2 cup servings 61 cals 2.3 fat 6 carb 5 protein |

This sounds good. Thanks! I'm assuming the sauce is very mild with a soupy consistency! I will look for it in the store today.
My favorite recipes are like yours, quick and super-easy. |
