I am here in Portland, OR and it has been very cold. I used to live Texas, went to OK. ALOT!! It is beautiful here in the pacific NW...

I live on the central coast of california. We have really nice weather most of the time. It's just started to get that morning freeze. The days are still warm enough so no sweater needed.

Sharon, where in Central Ca do you live? I used to live in Templeton (San Luis Obispo County.) Now I live in Arcata (WAY northern California, redwoods.) However I am moving to Seattle in Janurary.

I live in San Luis Obispo. We go through Templeton all the time when we go to Paso Robles to there Wal-Mart. We like that one much better than the one south of us.

hi everyone, i am in so calif. and today i can say, sunny calif. it looks gorgeous outside, but could someone pls send me some snow! i really love it and dont get to see it very often!

Edin, if I could send you some I sure would!!! We have a good 8-9 inches on the ground. It's great to play in and look at but I sure hate the ice that came before the snow!!!!!! It just wouldn't be Christmas time without a little snow...if I knew how to put a picture in here I could send you some that way.

awwwwwwwwwwww tks, nana susie!! so sweet!! today was approx 75+ degrees. we keep having yoyo weather. high 70's to the low 60's. we have gone into the 80's again also. we should be in the 60's for this time of yr. but i do remember a christmas here as a kind when it was in the high 80's and so in the afternoon we went in the sprinkler!! i am ready for it to cool down. it is nice to be able to at least wear a sweater on christmas day.

it must be so gorgeous to have a white christmas. i have only been in the snow at new years. it was in europe, one year. and it was so beautiful. it was a miserable trip sadly, due to my crumbling marriage. so i didnt feel the joy that i should have. i actually love the seasons.

so, definitely the snow would be an incredible treat!! sending you hugs and thanks!! let me know if i can send you some sunshine sometime!!

Im from Ft Woth, moved to south jersey about 8 yrs ago. gosh I miss texas....i do like it here, but i miss the south somethin fierce!!

DH is a native NYer and wants to get back to the NE. While I lived in NY, I missed Texas so much but now, that I am here, I REALLY miss NY! But, for medical reasons (infertility) we are moving to NJ!

I'm originally from Southern California and my husband is from Orange County, California. We moved here to Oregon in December, 1999 when our son was five months old and it was the best move we could've made.

It rains, but when it's supposed to. My in-laws are also from Cali and they've been here for thirty years.

We used to pay at least $40 for a Christmas tree that wasn't that great and here we only pay between $10-$20 for a tree 100 times better because they're from here.

I'm in Southeast Wisconsin. Cold today, but it's been well above normal for us for the past 3 weeks. Had a blizzard a few weeks ago, but the snow is all melted and gone now. I've had plenty of white Christmases and I didn't miss it a bit this year!
