good Morning all
I have to weigh in this morning. I'm hoping some of the weight I gained came off. I worked all day yesterday and the day before with my hubby cutting down trees and cleaning up. Boy was that a workout. I'll stop back latter to post again. |

Good morning all. Scale moved down 2pds today! Finally. I was so excited and got out and walked 4 miles this morning. It felt good to get out and do some more walking. I plan on doing my usual 5 miles tomorrow.
Yesterday I ate: B: egg, canadian bacon, 2%cheese and a pita pocket L: grilled chicken, squash and charro beans S: sugar free pudding with fat free cool whip D: chili with a little cheese S: sugar free pudding with fat free cool whip Not much planned for the weekend. I think I may grill some steaks tonight. Gonna clean my bathroom ( a chore I really dislike)..... HOpe ya'lls weekend is more exciting than mine. |

Hi Everyone! I started on Atkins induction (again) on September 26th and I'm down 2.2 pounds in four days!
Do any of you mix South Beach and Atkins besides Lisa, a.k.a. zeraspride? I'm using Smart Balance light spread because I like the taste, drink a gallon of pure water every day and exercise at least four days a week. I will probably do induction for a total of a month or so and then switch to a more liberal plan like Phase 2 of South Beach. Has anyone done this?Last edited by moonstruck : 09-30-2006 at 06:44 PM. |

Hi everyone!
I've been on and off low carb for years now and just found my old journals for 2 years ago and guess what? I'm the same weight as I was when I started on this journey!! Anyhow, from what I've read here this plan looks justlike something I could follow. I'm off to the library to check the book out for myself but I for one am all for a plan where fruit and bread are not off limits. Mel ![]() |

Hi Everyone
Is it okay if i join in here? I'm winding down today and getting ready to start south beach tomorrow morning. So far I've read over everything I can find on the net about what I can have, but was also wondering if you can have the morning and afternoon snacks after dinner, or add them in to the main meals? |
