Hi Everyone! Can I come back too? I had great success with Weight Watchers four years ago, losing 31 pounds in six months and just can't do it anymore. It gives me too much freedom to eat junk.

I first joined the Beach in the summer of 2004 when a good friend of mine raved about how she lost twelve pounds in thirty days. I began the program and lost seven pounds in two and a half weeks and have no idea why I stopped. I feel healthier on this WOL and can't do Atkins or the high fat. I am currently reading Protein Power which explains why eating lower carb is better overall.

I exercise four days a week, walking three miles on my treadmill and drink one gallon of water every day. Glad to be back on the beach!

Hi Steph! I didn't see this post, so now we've got two check-in threads up...

Since I took it over at Marvi's request several months ago, I automatically put it up now, and it never occurs to me to look for the thread!
