Can you give an example?
Basically, you take the food lists for each phase and eat those foods and quantities. You don't have to follow the menus. Those are quidelines and suggestions. It's really easy when you get into it. |

and I don't eat them maybe substitute it with some other vegetable. Then there was Gazpacho (eat something else). I'm leaning more and more to start this way of eating. I guess cuz I have the book and Scardsdale and Stillman's I don't have their books. I need something that will make me lose fast in the beginning and then I know it does slow down. |

Right. When you're in phase one, stick to the phase one lists. When you're ready to move into phase two, eat from the phase one and phase two lists. There are plenty of choices. You don't list your stats, but generally, the more you weigh or the more toxins you are holding, the more you will lose in the beginning. Good lick.
