Quick Question

As I'm on my way to the store - Can I have regular bacon and/or sausage? I read the book and it doens't have it under foods to have or foods to stay away from.

TIA

Shannon

Since the question was asked on the SB board, I assumed she is doing SB.

Yep! Starting today. I hadn't heard anything by the time that I went to the store so I went ahead and got the turkey bacon. It didn't seem as good as regular bacon but it's not half bad!

Hi Pooh - you can also get Canadian bacon, lots less fat. Also I know that the Honeysuckle brand of ground turkey makes some really good turkey sausage - both mild Italian and a breakfast type. Both are very tasty!

Thanks! I ended up getting some Oscar Mayer turkey bacon and some Canadian bacon. Had the turkey this a.m. It wasn't too bad.

Pooh, you can flavor your yogurt with either sugar-free syrups or with flavor extracts and splenda. I usually use orange, lemon, coconut or cherry. Berries and splenda will help to make it edible as well.
