"{}" Monday, July 31 Check-In "{}"
![]() The Appalachian Mountains Good Morning! I'd like your opinion on something. Since there are so few of us checking in lately, would we like to make the change to a weekly thread? I'm perfectly willing to continue putting up the daily, but I thought I would throw the question out there. So, have a wonderful, Beachy day, and don't forget your water! I'm ok with either. Maybe if we went to weekly for the remainder of the summer, more folk would post. More interaction, yeah? Then, if we get more in, we could go back to daily when school starts up/ summer is over.
Hope everyone is having a grand, beachy day. I've done my exercising for the day and now I'm going to bake some make ahead breakfast items: oatmeal bars and egg quiche cups. It's finally cooled off enough to turn on the oven! |

Maybe it's just too hot.
I'm glad to see you here everyday and doing well. We joined bootcamp to try to get out of a stall and it's working. We'll just keep on going and maybe others will join in again. |

Well, what say we just have a weekly thread for awhile. Maybe folks are hot and cranky and then don't post. I know I always post my menu/day very late. It's all good. I'm here either way!

I think it's worth a try, and since no one else is around, they missed their chance to vote, right?
See you tomorrow, on our new weekly thread! Menu: Breakfast: 1 slice Whole Wheat bread, pimento cheese, 2 small roma tomatoes. Snack: 1 chocolate protein drink Lunch: Cottage cheese, 1 small peach, a "Cheese Toast" (a string cheese stick, fried until it spreads out into a "toast" and crisps up) with Cilantro Pesto, and Lemon Cucumber slices, straight out of the garden! Supper: BBQ tofu on 1 large-ish Protein Power Magic Roll, with Cauliflower Potato salad, and 8 spears of okra, also straight out of the garden! Dessert: 1 small baked peach. 80 oz of water, 2 cups of Mocha, and 1 cup of tea.
