\*/ Weekend Check In July 29-30 \*/

Hope you don't mind me starting this thread Rose! I'm up and raring to go!

Good morning beachy buddies!

I'm having breakfast and surfing during this nice, quiet morning. I've done a 20 min. yoga tape to get me going and later I'll do my step dvd.

I'm ready for my day!!

I'm sorry I have no pretty picture, and remember as Rose always says, "Drink your water!!!"

Here's the daily picture!

Thank you Lynn! I had started to put it up earlier, and I'm almost sure I submitted it, but obviously in the wisdom of computers, it decided not to go up. I recently downloaded a browser update, and it hasn't worked the same since! I also have a new mouse, which this computer seems not to like...

Beautiful pic Rose. Hope your day went well, and hope all the beachy buddies here are well too!

As for me:

P2
B – black coffee, 1 slice multi grain toast w/ 2 tbsp natural peanut butter, ½ cup cantaloupe
L – leftover chicken, rice and green beans
D – Steak, mushrooms, onions & wilted spinach
W – All of it
E – 20 min. yoga am, step, stretch, abs, 20 min. yoga pm

Today was a very good day. I got in my exercise, I ate right, I did yoga twice (and I’m doing better at it!) and I drank a lakeful of water. It’s all good.

Wow, we are good. Got up early and rousted the littles and off we went on a family bike ride. It’s not like the biking I do alone, more casual, but still. We went a total of 12.4. The boyz crapped out at 6 miles and wanted to turn back. ~le sigh~

I had promised them I’d make waffles if they went with us, so I did. We had a nice brunch of waffles, bacon, turkey sausage, coffee and juice. Everyone was hungry and happy.

I took measurements today: lost an inch from the bra band and a quarter inch from the jelly belly. My progress is slowing some, but it is still progress.

Brunch – 1 waffle w/smart balance and sugar free syrup, turkey sausage and coffe
D – Mixed greens and spinach salad w/ steak, chickpeas, tomato, rf cheese, almonds, ff blue cheese dressing; strawberries and ff coolwhip
W – I do believe
E – 12.4 mile bike ride

I was going to do my abs and yoga, but darn it all I’m tired.
