I've got a good bit of time home tomorrow, so I'm going to try to get something done! We've got peaches to go in the freezer, and other little projects like that. Wish me luck!

Here I am again, a day late and a dollar short! This is for Thursday and hopefully I won't be so drained from the heat to post about today...today!

Food for Thursday (P2)

B – black coffee, cantaloupe, plain yogurt, Kashi Go-Lean
L – Boca burger w/ rf cheese, mustard, dill pickle chips on a ww wrap
S – almonds and beef jerky
D – Romaine lettuce salad w/ turkey, tomato, rf cheese, roasted soynuts and ff Thousand Island, frozen banana dipped in chocolate w/nuts
W – Oh yeah baby
E – step dvd, stretch, ab workout and 20 min. stress relief yoga (x2)

Out having fun without me no doubt.

Here's food for the day:

P2
B – black coffee, Kashi-Go Lean, blueberries, skim milk
L – spinach salad w/ tomato, turkey, almonds, lf ranch
S – laughing cow cheese, 15 almonds
D – grilled chicken breast, green beans, brown rice w/ carmelized onions and mushrooms, 1 bloody mary
W – yes
E – 2 miles on bike, 1 hour yoga class
