Yesterday was weigh-in day and I didn't post. Not because the scale was evil, rather because we spent the day at the beach and I was sunburned and tired when I got home. I crashed right after dinner.

The scale didn't move, but then I didn't expect any great losses either. Vacation ya know? So I am happy that my weight has remained the same. Now it's back to being serious and losing some more pounds before school starts up in late August.

Yesterdays food:

B – black coffee, 2 scrambled eggs and green beans
S – beef jerky
L – Romaine lettuce salad w/ shrimp, tomato, roasted soynuts and lf ranch
S – handful of almonds, 2 small squares extra dark chocolate
D – ribs
W – yes
E – no

I think that a holding pattern during vacation is great. Sure beats packing on 5 lbs.

O.K so my cooking class is going well. I'm eating everything and the scale is staying the same. Maintaining is good right now. Last night we made crab cakes, an artichoke/ricotta cheese spread for crackers or bread slices, and a chocolate expresso brownie (very fudgy). It all was very good.
Yesterday I also ate:
B: latte and cinnamon/rasin bar
L: tortilla soup and a couple cuban guava pasteries (small)
S: 4oz peach yougurt
D: I mentioned above, I only at what was at the class, along with a small thing of wine.
Tonight is the last night. I'm already looking into other classes this gal teaches.
Have a great day ya'll.

Kids, I've done my exercises for the day! I did my step dvd, my streches, my ab workout and I did a 20 minute yoga tape. I suck at yoga, but hopefully will get better in time.

On to do more productive thing with my day!
