Good morning all. Tonight I start my cooking classes. I'm looking forward to it. Not sure what we are going to make/eat but i'll try to be good. Got my walk in this morning, didn't think it was too hot but I still came back sweaty.
Yesterday I ate: B: SBD cinnamon/rasin bar and milk L: cherry pork chop, small scoop mashed potatoes S: fat free butterscotch pudding witha small spoon of fat free cool whip (haven't had this flavor in years). D: baked chicken, green beans and salad S: pudding agin with cool whip Getting all my water in without problems. Probably should be drink more though because of the weather. Have a good day ya'll.

Hola. Buenos Dias. I started Spanish lessons started yesterday.
I ate: B-two egg omelet made with low non-fat milk S-low fat mozarella stick L-6 oz. of sirloin steak and a salad S- 15 almonds D- Grilled shrimp and grilled zuccini with sugarless jello for dessert Also I got in a 30 min. fat burning routine on the treadmill and lifted a few weights. I'm down 1/2 lb. ![]() |

Hey everyone. I'm still alive after my b-day but it have to say I did indulge quite a lot. Had two mixed drinks and I was drinking crown w/ diet lime cola........ate some cake and ice cream but I shared it w/ my BF.......going to sushi tonight and then I'm hardcore back on track. I got so many cool things for my b-day! I got a slicer/shredder and crazy powerful blender, ice cream maker, salad spinner (no more soggy lettuce finally!) I can't wait to go shopping again and use all my new toys in the kitchen!

Another hot, hot day. This really stinks.
I went to the gym today. I haven't been in months. What a waste of money. I know I'll use it more often in the winter when the weather is too yucky for bike riding, but still. I also went to the library and checked out some yoga videos. Gonna try them out. The gym has yoga classes but the time is very inconvenient for me. I will work this out. Food: B black coffee, 2 eggs over easy, 1 slice ww toast w/ smart balance L Romaine lettuce salad w/ turkey, tomato, roasted soynuts and lf ranch S 15 almonds and laughing cow cheese D 4 oz salmon filet, green beans, cantaloupe, sugar free chocolate pudding w/ff cool whip W yes, mostly green tea again E 35 min. on elliptical machine, 10 min. on treadmill, upper body weights: shoulders, chest, back, tris and bis
