SF drinks
Hi all,
I'm just curious - does anyone here drink sugar free drinks regularly? I'm talking about not just diet sodas but also stuff like Crystal Light. Though I'm trying to stay away from most processed foods, I have been drinking Crystal Light lately, especially in the evenings. I find it helps ward off the craving to snack at night. I've been doing that since phase 1 and it hasn't hindered my weightloss so far. Just curious if anyone else drinks these. BTW - drinking CL is not interfering with my water consumption. I'm still drinking lots of water every day .Tam |

I have diet soda water and coffee. So not much help here. You are doing great with it though.

I have sugar free syrups in my iced Americanos, crystal light (always make it really weak) love bland crystal light (I know I'm a weirdo! ha ha) I drink diet soda too - I don't drink a ton of it but I do have at least three drinks during the day that have artificial sweetener in there. I think that some people do end up stalling with this stuff...others it doesn't seem to bother them. For me - it helps me to get my liquids in so that is a plus for me. Since you are still losing weight and getting your water in you should be just fine! You are doing a great job! Keep up the good work!
