***Wednesday Menus/Water 4/26***
Since Kristen was kind enough to start the check-in thread, thought I'd get the menu thread going.
Menu for the day (phase 2): B: hard-boiled egg, celery, nonfat yogurt with SF syrup and nuts S: laughing cow lite and raw broccoli florettes L: Chick peas with veggies and tomato sauce and italian seasonings, strawberries S: peanuts D: Boca burger w/LF cheddar cheese and a bit of LC ketsup, homemade cole slaw, cooked bulgur, mocha ricotta creme If I crave chocolate, since it's my long day at the university, I might just have a RS LC toffee square. But I've been eating these much less lately, probably because I've discovered that ricotta and LF cream cheese and LF sour cream make for a wonderful filling dessert .Tam |

B. 2 steamed fried eggs on sourdough whole wheat toast sprayed with ICBINB S. strawberries L. turkey with swiss cheese sandwich S. blueberries with nonfat plain yogurt D. lean hamburger patty with broccoli/cauliflower comb steamed Water 128 + oz No walking in the rain today! ![]() |
