***Monday, April, 24 Menus/Water***
Hope noone minds that I started the menu thread againt today. I just like to post my menu early to hopefully draw others in so I can get some ideas on food
.Menu for the day (phase 2): B: hard-boiled egg, cucumber, nonfat yogurt w/SF syrup and nuts S: natural PB and celery (although since starting phase 2 I haven't been eating the snacks - however, I've been waking up late so the timing just wasn't right) L: vegetarian "legal" sloppy joes (I think this was a Linda Sue recipe that I modified), grapes S: peanuts (didn't have them yesterday) D: Greek salad, cooked bulgur, chocolate creme Tam |

your menu looks good for the day! Here is mine Breakfast: two eggs, canadian bacon pinch of cheese and iced Americano Snack - was going to be two canadian bacon rounds (didn't eat them) Lunch: Broccoli salad, 3 oz. broiled chicken breast and 2 oz. shrimp Snack - Three 30 cal sliced deli meat - very small pinch of cheese sprinkled over all of them - nuked for 30 seconds and rolled up around dill pickle spear and one pepperoncini pepper Dinner - Not sure - but I am thinking a piece of fish and more broccoli salad Dessert will be - lemon zest ricotta my favorite! |
