Good Morning!
Hope you all have a good day on the Beach! I'm facing a table full of left over Easter candy here at the library, dark Dove chocolates, Dove eggs, Peanut M&M's, Hershey's Eggs, not to mention real English Toffee... I. Will. Be. Good. Step away from the Chocolate, right??? Emily |

Afternoon all,
I'm doing great today, though a bit tired. I'm always tired on Wed since I wake up at 5:30 and don't get home from the university until 9 p.m.! I know I lost weight this week because my clothes are becoming loose again. I'm planning on weighing in on Fri but I'm determined to stay motivated. I don't have Easter candy leftovers but since it's the end of the semester and I bring my students candy, I'm bringing in more of the stuff I like (like chocolates and starburst) as a special treat so it'll be a challenge to stay away from them. However, I'm finding that I can have one square of Russell Stover's LC english toffee as part of my sweet treat calories and it satisfied my sweet tooth and doesn't seem to be hindering my loss so far. I'm really enjoying SBD even on Phase 1 but I'm definately ready to move on to Phase 2. Tam |
