Here's our menu & water thread! Drink up & let us know "what's cookin'"!

My menu for yesterday (Phase 2)
B: 1/2 cup Atkins cereal, 1/2 cup 1% milk, 1/2 banana
S: 1/3 cup cottage cheese
L: lettuce, deli turkey roll up x2
S: 10 almonds
D: turkey hot link, saurkraut, steamed cauliflower

water = 100 oz.

I hope I'm doing this right... Today is day 3 and I"ve seen no change on the scale. I am pregnant... but anyway... Today's menu...


b: 1 whole wheat english muffin, 1 egg, 1 slice cheese, 2 strips turkey bacon and tea
snk: LF cottage cheese (1/2 cup)
l: 2 lc wraps, 1 chicken breast, 1 slice cheese, 2 tbsp mayo, tomato, lettuce
d: pizza soup (SB recipe)

Does this look ok?

Amber,
I'm no expert, but did you skip Phase 1? On Phase 1 (first two weeks) you would not be allowed the english muffin or the lc wraps. Maybe you went straight to Phase 2??

Menu for Wed.

B. 2 steamed eggs, 1 sm. pork chop and leftover summer squash
S. bowl of blueberries
L. salad with some olives and parm. cheese thrown over the top
S. edamane and 2 string cheese
D. grilled chicken breast, half acorn squash grilled, and mexican zucchini
D. don't think I'll need one but have the usual ready for just in case

Water 64 oz
Exercise yardwork
