B: protein bar (we were driving)
S: string cheese
L: chef's salad
S: none
D: leftover chef's salad, slice of deli roast beef, spinach

Water = 100 oz.

1.5 boiled eggs, 6 oz. V-8

yogurt, blueberries

1/2 pimento cheese sandwich, 1 bite pecan bar (leftover from the garden club meeting, sitting on the table in the back of the library, snagged while walking to the copier)

mini ww bagel, 1/2 oz cheese; 1/2 apple, pnut butter

black bean tostados, black beans, grated cheese, guacamole, tomato salsa, stone ground corn tortillas

D. shrimp salad with Parm. ranch dressing (low fat)
D. nonfat plain yogurt with sf white choc. syrup garnished with a few semi-sweet choc. chips
