Please post your menus & water log here, thanks!

My menu for yesterday (Phase 2)

B: 2 hardboiled eggs, 2 slices turkey bacon
S: 1/2 apple, celery sticks
L: turkey hot dog, 1 slice european whole grain bread
S: steamed spinach (weird huh?)
D: none - was at a training class
S: 8 ww wheat thins, 4 - 1" cubes of cheese, leftover steamed spinach

water = 140 oz.

1 Tablespoon sugar free strawberry preserves


Snack:
11.5 oz. V8

Lunch:
6 oz. baked chicken breast
1 cup veggie medley

Snack
Strawberry carb/sugar control yogurt
2 tablespoons ground flax

Dinner:
Ceasar Chicken Salad

Here's Wed. menu

B. 2 Boca sausage patties with 2 steam fried eggs
S. 14 almonds (one went to Zippy)
L. tuna salad
S. moz. string cheese
D. salmon, broccoli and 1/2 cup brown rice
D. nonfat plain yogurt with vanilla and splenda

Todays water 128 oz
Todays exercise was a 2 mi. walk

B: 2 turkey roll ups
L: chicken caesar salad
s: 2% cheese stick
D: A SB chili type soup w/ garbanzo beans
s: maybe a ricotta thing if Im hungry
