My menu for yesterday (Phase 2) B: 2 hardboiled eggs, 2 slices turkey bacon S: 1/2 apple, celery sticks L: turkey hot dog, 1 slice european whole grain bread S: steamed spinach (weird huh?) D: none - was at a training class S: 8 ww wheat thins, 4 - 1" cubes of cheese, leftover steamed spinach water = 140 oz. |
