Alright, here's my menu for today (phase 2), I think...
B-3/4 c brown rice w/sweetener, cinnamon and skim milk (didn't measure)
S-4oz burger from 90% lean beef
L-Four big romaine leaves w/home made tomato/avocado salsa
S-1 slice low fat chedder (microwave crisped) 1 can diet cherry pepsi (a huge treat)
D-Grilled chicken, salad w/evoo&balsamic, cooked veg (probably cauliflower)
S- jello or hot cocoa (skim milk, cocoa powder and splenda) or apple w/peanut spread
*Sometimes I grab some veggie sticks or string cheese while I'm preparing dinner.

I know everything is allowed food but not sure about the amounts. I like to grab something and go rather than sit down and eat a meal during the day. Which explains the cold burger I had mid-morning between vacuuming and cleaning the bathroom.
I've been told both that I'm not eating enough and I'm eating too much. This is the start of my 4th week and my weight has been stalled since about day 10! I've got to do something to make a change.
Any suggestions?

Kirsten, your food choices look good. It would be really hard to make suggestions based on one day. If you want to post several days of menus, with portion sizes, maybe we could see a pattern. I certainly don't see that you are eating too much just from this one day and it doesn't look like too little, either. So, how much have you lost altogether? From your stats, it looks like 10 lbs. in three weeks. Is that right?
