So Happy to be on the Beach

I'm new to all of this, My husband of 32 yrs. and I need to get on the beach on stay there!

I'm doing all the work, for the both of use but it is easier to have a house full of good food instead of all the ice cream & chips were had before.

Today is day #4, and he said last night how happy he feels with the food choice's so far. He has lost 7 lbs & I have lost 4.5.

Life is great so far on the beach.

Me too! This is my 6th day, and even though I haven't weighed myself yet, I am feeling so much better. My cravings are in control, I'm not bingeing, and I just feel healthy and alive. Isn't it a great WOL?

Your so luck to live in San Diego CA. You really have a "beach". In Wis. all we have is snow right now.

My 2 daugthers took me to San Diego for my 50th BD last year . It was the 1st time I saw the ocean and a really beach. That is what I force on, the beach and how great it was, I will see it again but I will be thinner and enjoy it even more the 2nd time around.

Keep up the good work!

Thanks Kalp, I guess I kinda take living in San Diego for granted, I have been born and raised here, for the most part have lived here my whole life. Since I was a chubby child, I was always embarrassed about going to the beach, and wearing all the cute summer clothes. I was often jealous of the people who could bundle up and hide their rolls!
