back OP and feelin -- OK

OK, i'm on phase 1 today

I dont have a lot of food right now so bkfast is kinda Atkins like but thats ok tomorrow is gonna be great! LOL

My meals (as planned)

Bkfast:
2 eggs, 2 slices turkey bacon, 1 slice 2% cheese and water

Lunch:
Giant Salad w/ Tuna Fish and Italian Dressing (yum), water

Dinner:
Chicken Breast, Cauliflower mashed taters, broccoli, water

Snacks:
Almonds, SF Jello, Celery w/ Cream Cheese (or Laughing cow), PB
