Sharon, I ran it down the disposal this morning! There were two pieces left over from my sister's birthday celebration. She & her husband left for Hawaii the next day and I just stuck it in the freezer, without thinking...won't make that mistake again! The curious thing is, that kind of stuff never tempts me! It is usually the chips & nuts...

The good news, it is gone!!! Good riddance!

Hey all! I'm still on Phase 1, I have about another week on it. Yesterday I ate:

Breakfast: Turkish Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg, 1 tomato, 1 persian cucumber (smaller and tastier than normal ones), some olives, and about 1 oz of feta.

Snack: Low fat deli pastrami meat, ***e 2% yogurt

Dinner: Salmon and Salad w/ asparagus, sesame seeds, peppers w/ balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Oh, also part of an artichoke dipped in a dill mayo sauce (that I stole off my cousin's plate ).

Water: I don't really keep track, but I know I drink about 80-90 oz plus 4-5 cups of tea.

Now that I'm looking at my menu, it looks a little sparse. But I don't have kids and my DH is out of town on business, so I get up later than many people. My breakfast was more like a brunch, because I like to wait an hour or so after I wake up before I eat anything.

So this week I going back to PHASE 1.5 adding one carb a day per serving, and see if that will put me on the right road to lose again.

sn-hummus on wasa cracker
l-2 chicken drum sticks, with spinach
sn-1c l/f yogurt
d-veggie soup,2 mini spaghetti pies with eggplant parm.
des-fruit smoothie

80 oz water[1/2 my weight]

Sun
b-applesauce on 1 flaxmeal waffle,1 c 1% milk for tea
sn-V8 with celery stirrer
l-chicken wild rice soup, with mixed veggies,20 red grapes.
sn1cl/f yogurt
d-roasting chicken breast,1 yam, and green beans
des-fruit smoothie

Water-96 oz[drink more than my 1/2 weight,as its cold outside and I having herbed tea in huge mugs.

Hugs CAG
