have but I could only find Orange flavor sf. Is this o.k. while I am in phs 1?

Orange SF Metamucil has aspartame and since you don't use artificial sweeteners, you probably wouldn't want that. A much cheaper way to go is plain psyllium husks, available at your local health food store. If you don't like the gloopy liquid mixture, it comes in capsules, also.

Hi, I'm just new to all of this, I started SB on Wed. 2-22-05, I have lost a total of 4.5 Ibs. so far.

I have been taking the orange flavor metamucil 2x"s daily 15 min before lunch & 15 min before dinner. My husband is with me in all of this, he also takes the metamucil.

However "MEN, loss faster then women" he has lost 7 lbs. I love this man but hate the fact I do all the work and he losses all the weight.

and great job to you both on your loss. Rose1 is just watching my back because she knows that I dont do Aspartame or anything else that is not pure. Not everyone is effected the same way so you may find it doenst bother you. I have a verrrrry sinsitive system unfortunatly. Keep posting here and keep up the good work.

They are just feel free to ask questions anytime. Believe me I have posted waaaay too many questions. After going through hurricane Katrina this board helps me have a place for comfort and venting.
