If we are thinking about the same thing, they have about 12 carbs in a 100 gram serving. I would use them to add color and crunch in a dish, but not as a whole serving at this point.

I think they are ok; they have lots of fiber and vitamins and they are pretty and crunchy. They are just a little carby for a whole serving right now. I'd add them into a stir fry or something like that.
