*♥* Thursday Check-in - Feb 16*♥*

Hi Everyone,
I went home at lunch on Wednesday because our son had a 101 fever again. Matthew is doing much better now and we find it a little unusual that he got sick twice in the space of two weeks. I'm sick too and my husband is taking care of us.

I'm very grateful that my company understands because so many people there have children that are my son's age (6).

BLAAAAAAAHHHHHHH

Hope everyone has a great day!

Stephanie-My heart goes out to you. I've got a 4yo and a 10yo and they are my first priority too. I am soooooo blessed that we are able to live on my DH income and I've been able to stay home. Gotta give him a kiss for that when he gets home! My son starts school in the fall and there is the talk of me going back to work, but I too would want/need to call off or leave if the kids are sick. So it makes it tough to find the right job. We've thought too about medical transcription. There is a school in my area that does all the training, and provides an internship. You're right it does take a while to be able towork form home but it is something we are looking into, for the fall.
Back to Beach stuff...
Take care of yourself Stephanie, hope you shake whatever has got a hold of you soon.
I had a very busy day yesterday and stayed on track with food, had to force water and not sure if I got it all. Today is shaping up to be a good day. Off to the gym this afternoon and planning to make the souffle stuffed chicken form the SBD Cookbook. My DD was grossed out by the frozen spinach souffle in the freezer but....I guess she'll live with it!
DH was running late this morning and didn't eat breakfast or grab his lunch. I may need to make a run to his office, so I need to finish up here and get movin'

Good Luck to you, Kirsen. I'm grateful that I was able to stay home for five years with Matthew (from birth to Kindergarten.) When we bought our house, I stepped up and decided to take a full time job. It was very hard and still is sometimes, especially when our sweetie is sick. My boss told me she completely understands (she has a 11 year-old and a 6 year-old), but I still feel strange - especially because I've only been at this job for six weeks. My husband has said that he'd take a second job if I really don't want to work, but I just can't have that. He makes good money, but we have a very high mortgage. Have a great day everyone!

Morning all,

Steph, Kirsten, you are good Moms, my kiddos are grown but if they're sick, guess who they want first?

Way to go Tracy!

Dawn and Mel, have a good one!

I had a good day yesterday, hoping for a lb down this week.

Hi to all who follow.

Good job MArvi. You are definitely going to make your 6 week goal!

Everyone else is doing great too!

Things are going pretty well here. I gotta run to class though. I'll check in later (hopefully not in class like I have a tendancy to do!)

Hi Ladies

Going to work on my exercising for the next couple of day and see it this one Karen Voight cardio & weight training will help me get out of the rut of my route.Needed something new for a long time now. Hope it works.

Was able to walk along the beach as the weather temps are in the mid 50's.I love walking outside and when the weather is bad I fall away from exercising.Does that happen to anyone else.

Stephie-Sorry about you and your son being sick.Hope your family will be on the mend real soon.

Kristen-Thats one of my granddaughters name. You are a lucky lady just like I was & my DD now we all stayed at home moms. But some times it work out like that.

Have a great day ladies Hugs CAG
