*♥* Monday Check-in - Feb 13*♥*

Hi Beachers,
I decided to go back to Weight Watchers once again. The important thing of me switching so many times is that I have never given up and never will. Since I know WW works, that's what I'm doing and sticking to. I'm sure you're all tired of hearing it from me, but oh well.

I need to do what works for me and will say that I feel really good today. Have a great day everyone!

Hi Ladies

The snow storm is over and how beautiful it looks from in side. DH took a photo of full moon over the snow topped trees. But BRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!! to cold for me to go out.

WI this morning and I so desappointed that I stalled again[3 weeks] now. Can't seem to push that old scale down to the next lower number. Oh well!! there always next week.

Steph you have to do what good for you. WW didn't work for me,but I still use the point system in my food journal.I was on the 25-30 pts range, but now I lowering thje calories by using thje 20-26 range. Don't know if there correct,as I working form a old book.

Good luck no matter what program your on.

Hugs CAG

Good morning everyone!

I'm not supposed to be on the net at work (they are really cracking down) but I just had to pop in and say hi!

I'm on Phase 1 this week and had a perfect start this morning. I ate 3 veggie sausage links and 2 scrambled eggs with cheese. I also had Crystal Light orange drink which tastes a lot like orange juice. Yummy!

I'm up 5 pounds on the scale but I'm not too worried about it. I've got my plan in place and my buddies to keep me focused. I'll be doing a double work out at the gym today - 2 miles on the treadmill followed by a weight lifting class.

I don't have time for personals right now but I'm thinking of everyone and sending warm and good vibes your way!!!

Stephanie, best wishes to you.

I am happy to report almost a pound gone this week. I am now at 162.4 ... Hope it stays. I have flucuated up and down a pound the last ten days. I hate that when that happens. Trying some otc hormones so I hope it does not stall me out.

Have a great day in the snow whoever got the snow. We have the cold part here. Into the 20's tonight and tomorrow night.

Marva...phase 1 works great for me too, but when I go into phase 2 I stall or gain, and I have done it twice already, I do go slow and add a little at a time...beats me. That is the reason for the lower fat version. But if I stall on this, back to phase 1!!!

I had another bad weekend. I eat one bad thing and it snowballs. I am not giving up though. I will eat on program this week, get all the fruit out of my house, and next week go to Phase 1. I think that would help me a lot. Also, I think that some of the acceptable things I was eating may have been creating cravings. When I did SB before I never ate bananas or green grapes. Since I found out that small bananas are ok, I have been eating a couple every now and then. I think I need to stick with grapefruit, berries, and cantalope since they are lower in sugars and carbs. I had also recently started cooking scrambled eggs with cheese every morning. Even when I did eat on plan, I don't think I had lost any or much weight since I started that. I will go back to my boiled eggs and see if that makes a difference (I am thinking it is the cheese).

Despite all that, I am wearing a skirt today that I could not get fastened in the fall. But, it would look even better if I were to lose another 10 pounds .

Hope everyone is having a great day!
