Carb option foods?

Is it ok to use some of the carb option foods? I like the BBQ sauce and the crunchy peanut butter. TIA

I use the Carb Options Peanut Butter and haven't had any trouble. It is very good too. I think it is better than regular because it isn't as oily.

my grocery had a bunch of the carb options spaghetti sauce on clearance so I bought about 10 jars, I haven't used it yet as I'm in phase one, but I figured it was better than the regular stuff.

I use the Carb Options stuff and I like it. Although I have noticed some stores are getting rid of it... It's probably phasing out like all stuff does.

I was using the peanut butter and changed to another natural peanut butter. I don't like this new one as much. I think it is a store brand (Kroger's). I am changing back to the Carb Options one. I never had an issue with it and loved the taste and texture.

I also use a Carb Options alfredo sauce. It's one of my favorite meals. I use it with WW pasta, chicken, green peas, cauliflower and / or brocolli - depending on my mood and what I have available. I have no problems with this either.

I hope these don't go away. The little bit of differences I might see in one category when comparing Carb Options to the "preferred" products or way of buying hasn't been enough to make me switch permanently. I really like the products!
